Q. Where do you ship from ?

A. We ship from our warehouse located in Indore or directly from the different vendors.

Q. Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available ?

A.Yes.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive ?

A. It will usually take 3-8 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

Q. Is shipping really FREE?

A. Yes, Shipping is FREE all over India for the order amount above Rs.399/-

Q. Do you provide refund or return in case i face any issue with the product ?

A. Yes, we have our simple 7 days return and refund policy. The returned items must be received in new, unused condition.

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number ?

A. It will take usually between 1-2 business days.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order ?

A. Yes, all customers will receive confirmation after placing their orders(NOTE:Please contact us if you don’t receive one within 12 hours).

Q. How can I pay ?

A. We accept all Major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, etc. We also do cash on delivery for maximum locations.

Q. Is Checkout on this site safe and secure ?

A. You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure.

Q. How to cancel my order ?

A. In the event you wish to cancel your order, you can cancel directly through our website/Application, you are not allowed to cancel the order if the order got shipped.

Q. Is EMI Options are available ?

A. Yes, for the most of the products it is available with Credit Cards.

Q. Why do I see different prices for the same product ?

A. You could see different prices for the same product, as it could be listed by many Sellers.

Q. Why can’t I get some items shipped to my location ?

A. Some sellers prefer not to ship to certain locations due to the cost involved and this is entirely at their discretion. You can check with your pin code on the product page to see any other seller ship to your location.

Q. Why OTP or verification code ?

A. An OTP (One Time Password) or verification code is used to verify your mobile number or email ID when you log into your account for the first time.OTP verification will be also be done in other cases like creating an account, password recovery, and updating email/mobile details.
